The following terms are applicable for any goods that You purchased with us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

For the purpose of this Return and Refund Policy:

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Application.
Application refers to Bring Basket, accessible from google play store and apple app store
You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order before the order gets confirmed without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is before the order gets billed from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party You have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of Your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of Your decision by: reaching our chat support on the Bring Basket App. You can do so by visiting the my orders page on the app and select the 'Chat With Us' option

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
If at any time, the information provided by You is found to be false or inaccurate (wholly or partly):
The Company shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to:
Reject your registration
Cancel all orders
Debar You from using its services and other affiliated services in the future
This action will be taken without any prior intimation whatsoever and without any liability to You.
Returns & refunds
Returns Eligibility:
You may return goods if they are damaged, defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered.
Goods must be checked upon delivery, and any issues must be reported with requisite proofs such as images within 3 hours of delivery.
If an item is missing from Your order, You need to report the issue to us within 3 hours of delivery.
Conditions for Return:
Goods must be sealed, unopened, unused, and in their original condition. IT IS HEREBY CLARIFIED THAT NO EXCHANGE OR RETURNS SHALL BE ACCEPTED IF THE PRODUCT PACKAGING IS OPENED OR PRODUCT IS USED/CONSUMED EITHER IN PART OR OTHERWISE
Returns must be initiated within 3 hours of delivery.
If You report an issue after 3 hours, You'll have to visit the same store for a return or replacement within the next 3 days.
Returns on all the electronics items can be raised only at the time of delivery.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the seal of the electronic product upon delivery. And not to accept it if the seal is broken.
Returns will only be accepted if the product delivered is different from the ordered product
The product should be returned in original condition (with brand's/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
In case of Zebronics products, if the product is not working after the successful delivery, it needs to be taken to the nearest Zebronics service centre.
Product will not be eligible for return in case of buyer's remorse, including change of mind or incorrect product/model/colour ordered.
Exclusions:
No returns or exchanges for opened or used goods.
Return requests will not be accepted if requested after 3 hours of delivery.
Refund Process:
Please be informed that when You opt to cancel or return the goods, upon our verification of the goods and the proofs relating thereto, the refund amount for such goods which are eligible for return as per these Terms, will be processed within a period of seven (7) business days from the date of us verifying and confirming the refund request.
Your refund will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by us are fulfilled. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment source or in the form of coupon codes, valid for ninety (90) days. You can opt-in for a coupon code refund for online payments as well. Refund can not be transferred back to any other payment method once the coupon code is initiated.
You acknowledge that after initiation of refund, it may take additional time for Your refund to reflect in Your account, which is subject to Your financial institution or payment gateway service provider terms and conditions.
Pricing:
The Company strives to maintain accurate and current pricing for all products available for purchase.
There may be instances where prices are incorrect or outdated due to:
Technical glitches
Typographical errors
Erroneous product information provided by third-party sellers
In such events, regardless of any contrary provisions, the Company retains the right to cancel the order without any further obligations.
The price displayed at the time of placing an order will be the price charged at the time of delivery.
No product listed on the Marketplace will be sold at a price exceeding its Maximum Retail Price (MRP)
Miscellaneous:
All refunds will be in Indian Rupees unless otherwise agreed.
Users are advised to review the complete return policy on the Bring Basket Platform before requesting returns.
The terms for acceptance of returns, cancellation, and refunds shall be subject to reasonable additional conditions and shall be communicated to the user from time to time through push notifications on the platform, or any other mode of communication as specified in these Terms or as determined by the Company.
